ABOUT US: We are a tour operator based in Maroantsetra in the North-East of Madagascar. We have more than 20 years’ experience in guiding through the varying forest and hilly terrains of the area. We are permanently working in the field, so we have the latest knowledge and updates on the locations of wildlife in the area. Therefore, we can be sure to take you to the best sites to spot the birds in Masoala.
It is our policy to ensure that every birding holiday we create contributes positively to bird conservation efforts and local communities. This is ensured by contributing a minimum of ten percent of our profits to conservation and local communities. We are passionate about birding and also about leaving a legacy genuinely helping people and conserving bird-life for future generations.

Madagascar is 1600 km from top to bottom and 580km wide. The coasts are studded with unpopulated sandy beaches, river estuaries and exotic islands. Most of the Reserves and National Parks are on the coastal plains - East, South and West. The central highlands have mountains up to 2000 metres and the climate is cooler and moist. The Western coastal area contains the famous Avenue of Baobabs and areas of the amazing razor-edged Tsingy rock formations. The Masoala peninsula on the North East coast is an area of dense and remote forest richly populated with exotic endemic bird and animal species. We lead tours in many areas of the island, each with different geographical and natural characteristics.
Our guided tours cover different areas of Madagascar, each with distinct geography, landscapes, birds and wildlife. Typically, tours are 7-8 days and can be arranged as private for 1 or more individuals, or for groups. Prices on enquiry.
